WHY BECOME A MEMBER

Becoming a member of AERS offers the opportunity to join an international and multidisciplinary network that promotes dialogue among cultures, territories, and traditions along a Cultural Route of the Council of Europe.

The over 4,500 km of the route allow for the creation of privileged networking opportunities with experts, institutions, and professionals active at a European level, enabling participation in cooperation and innovation projects, fostering cultural exchanges, and promoting shared research activities. Members have the opportunity to attend conferences, workshops, and international training initiatives, thereby contributing to the building of a shared European identity.

Becoming an AERS member also means contributing to a far-reaching project that unites history, spirituality, and civic engagement. The goal is to valorize the ancient pilgrimage routes not only as physical paths but as instruments of reconciliation among peoples, fostering inclusion and sustainable development, and generating a collective and lasting impact.
